I grew up in northeast, Pennsylvania on a lake in a small town near Wilkes Barre and the Poconos - Harvey's Lake, PA.
I came to Los Angeles in 82'.

I am probably best known as a competive bodybuilder, my acting debut with John Ritter in Skin Deep or more than likely as ZAP on the television show, American Gladiators.

I developed my competitive spirit by participating in school sports i.e., softball, (even the boy's little legue team) volleyball, hockey, basketball, & track and field. I dabbled in lifting weights as I was only 107 lbs when I graduated from high school (so there is hope).

I didn't get into competitive powerlifting, bodybuilding, and fitness until I moved to Los Angeles in 1982.

The discipline of being a competitive bodybuilder has helped me to obtain many of my goals; whether
physical or educational.

My motto is and has ben:
"Believe, Achieve, Succeed! "
