It's 2009, and a ton of stuff has happened
over the past two decades (okay three).

I am probably best known
by my acting debut with
John Ritter in "Skin Deep"
or more than likely, as
"ZAP" from the television show,
"American Gladiators."

My life is an open book; thanks to the internet.

But here is where the truth be told of my adolescent years to the here and now.

I did have a childhood before I competed in powerlifting, bodybuilding, and fitness shows.

There are icons at the
top of my site of the most significant moments in my
life that are most interesting
(I think).
